We also offer thoughtfully prepared drop-off meals, including ready-to-heat dishes and curated meal packages designed for convenience without compromising quality.

Chef Jeffrey Sanich.
Chef Jeffrey Sanich’s roots run deep in the Salt Lake Valley — his grandparents in Millcreek, his mother in Sandy — and so does his belief that the best food begins with the best ingredients, handled with care.
Beginning his culinary journey at the White Elephant Hotel in Nantucket, Massachusetts, Chef Jeffrey has worked tirelessly in top kitchens from the New England seacoast to the mountain west — including Sundance Resort’s Foundry Grill, Goldener Hirsch in Deer Valley, Promontory Ranch Club, Summit Powder Mountain, and most recently Brighton Resort, where he served as Executive Chef overseeing food and beverage operations and the upscale Milly Chalet dining experience.
In the spring of 2026, Jeffrey and his wife Audrey set out on their own and launched Renegade Table — a catering and private dining business rooted in the Utah they grew up in, and now his full-time focus.

Renegade Table is a chef-driven catering and private dining company based in Salt Lake City, Utah. We specialize in elevated family-style dining, private chef experiences, corporate catering, luxury events, gourmet sandwich catering, and custom culinary experiences built around seasonal ingredients and refined hospitality.
Who is the chef behind Renegade Table?
Renegade Table was founded by Chef Jeffrey Sanich, a hospitality and culinary professional with nearly two decades of experience in fine dining, resorts, luxury hospitality, catering, and multi-unit food and beverage operations. His background includes leadership roles at destination resorts throughout Utah and extensive experience creating memorable guest experiences through food.
What types of catering do you offer?
We offer private chef dinners, wedding catering, corporate lunches, cocktail parties, elevated family-style dining, luxury in-home dining experiences, holiday events, and large-scale catering throughout Salt Lake City and Northern Utah. We also provide custom menus tailored to each client’s vision and budget.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Renegade Table regularly creates menus that accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergy-sensitive guests. We believe hospitality means making every guest feel included without sacrificing flavor or presentation.
